Department of Philosophy from Bowling Green State University

The Department of Philosophy is an internationally recognized community of scholars and students, known widely for its specialization in, and contributions to, moral philosophy, broadly construed, which includes metaethics, normative ethics, applied ethics, political philosophy and aesthetics. Undergraduate students may earn a B.A. in philosophy, and graduate students may earn a Masters or Ph.D. in the Department’s applied philosophy program. The Department is committed to providing the highest quality of education for students as well as to increasing the body of philosophical knowledge.

Applied Health Science from Bowling Green State University

The applied health science degree is designed to prepare graduates for work in a health-related field and for further education and training at the post-baccalaureate level. The AHS degree consists of six separate specializations which have common BG Perspective, core, and supportive requirements but differing specialization courses. The diversified curriculum provides a strong background in the basic sciences and emphasizes the development of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
